Precision Stamping Parts

The core process flow of stamping parts includes: blanking, punching, bending, and stretching. The material is separated along the closed contour, holes are punched in the plate, the plate is formed at an angle, and the flat plate is processed into a hollow part. Accurately control key process parameters, such as the blanking gap is usually 8%-12% of the material thickness, and the stretching process requires 3-4 progressive steps to reduce the risk of cracking.

Surface Treatment

Surface treatment can improve the performance and appearance of stamped steel parts. In order to make the hardware parts corrosion-resistant, increase hardness, and improve the surface roughness, it can be achieved by electrogalvanizing, anodizing, and sandblasting. We can achieve high-precision processing of ±0.05mm by optimizing mold design and material utilization (such as waste-free nesting).

The following are some common surface treatment methods:

• ‌Galvanizing‌: Plating a layer of zinc on the surface of hardware can effectively prevent rust.
• ‌Sandblasting‌: Through sandblasting, surface impurities are removed, the surface is rougher, and the coating adhesion is enhanced.
• ‌Anodizing‌: A layer of oxide film is formed on the metal surface, making the parts wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
• ‌Electroplating‌: Through the electroplating process, the stamped components becomes beautiful and the protective performance is improved.
• ‌Phosphating‌: A phosphating film is formed on the metal surface to improve the coating adhesion and further prevent corrosion.
