Material
The air conditioner support bracket uses galvanized steel as the core material, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized. The zinc layer thickness is ≥65μm, which effectively isolates oxygen and moisture from contact and has significant corrosion resistance. Compared with ordinary carbon steel, galvanizing can extend the service life to 7-10 years. For highly corrosive environments such as coastal areas, 304 stainless steel window air conditioner bracket can be provided, and its chloride ion corrosion resistance can reach more than 15 years.
Applicable scenarios
The air conditioner mounting bracket is suitable for ordinary outdoor scenes such as residential balconies and commercial building exterior walls. Galvanized steel brackets are recommended.
Stainless steel is preferred in corrosive environments such as chemical plants and coastal areas.
The standard wall stand for ac outdoor unit can bear 150kg (1-2HP models), and the thickened bracket can bear up to 300kg (3-5HP commercial models).
Provide L-shaped/Z-shaped structure design, suitable for different installation positions such as wall and ground.
Manufacturing Process
The window ac unit support bracket is stamped and formed by a 315-ton hydraulic press, achieving high-speed stamping of 12-15 times per minute, and completing blanking, punching and forming in a single process, reducing the working time of a single piece to 90 seconds (traditional machining takes 30 minutes).
CO₂ gas shielded welding is adopted, and the weld strength is ≥ 90% of the parent material, and double-sided full welding is implemented at key nodes.
The window aircon bracket sandblasting and rust removal conforms to the GB/T 8923 standard, and epoxy zinc-rich primer (60-80μm) + polyurethane topcoat (80-120μm) double protection.
Optional aluminum-magnesium-zinc plating process, through the Al-Mg-Si alloy layer to achieve the self-healing characteristics of the incision, improve the anti-corrosion performance.
Installation Guide
Positioning measurement: Use a level to ensure that the verticality deviation of the aircon support bracket installation surface is ≤2mm/m, and the expansion bolt hole spacing error is controlled within ±1.5mm.
Fixing construction: Use M10 expansion bolts (depth ≥ 60mm) for concrete walls, ensure at least 4 fixing points for each outdoor unit mounting bracket, and bolt torque ≥ 35N·m.
External unit placement: Add 3mm rubber shock pads to reduce vibration noise, and the anchor bolts need to be tightened twice and marked to prevent loosening.
